Liability for content

Our website has been assembled with great care. However, we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or up to date. According to Section 7 Par. 1 of the German Teleservices Act, we as service providers are responsible in terms of the law in general for the content we create ourselves on this website. But Sections 8 to 10 of the German Teleservices Act state that as service providers we are not responsible for monitoring transmitted or stored third-party information, or for investigating circumstances that may indicate illegal activities. This does not affect our obligation to remove or block the use of information in terms of the law in general – liability for which begins, however, only as and when we come to know about an actual violation of the law.
